⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Purchasing: MsgCRM operates a No Refund Policy for subscription payments. We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of our 2-days free trial before making any payment. This trial gives you complete access to all features so you can make a fully informed decision.
1. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to MsgCRM (operated by RadhaMadhav WebStore LLP) are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and your subscription is activated, we do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated refunds for:
- Partially used subscription periods (monthly or annual)
- Unused features or modules within your plan
- Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle
- Subscription cancellations before the billing cycle ends
- Change of mind or switching to a competitor platform
- WhatsApp number bans or restrictions imposed by Meta/WhatsApp
- Third-party service failures (e.g., OpenAI, Razorpay, cloud providers)
- User errors, misconfiguration, or failure to use the platform
2. Why No Refunds? — Our Free Trial Philosophy
We believe you should never pay for something you haven't tried. That's why we offer a generous 2-days free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. This trial period gives you everything you need to:
- Connect your WhatsApp number and test message sending
- Set up and test AI chatbots and automation flows
- Create and send bulk campaigns
- Explore the CRM, invoicing, and analytics features
- Test integrations with your existing tools
- Evaluate the platform's performance for your specific business needs

3. Exception: Platform Non-Functionality
The only exception to our No Refund Policy is if the MsgCRM platform itself is completely non-functional due to issues on our end for a period of more than 15 consecutive days.
Refund Eligible Condition: If MsgCRM's core platform is inaccessible, broken, or non-functional due to our infrastructure failure for more than 15 consecutive days, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period.
3.1 What Qualifies as "Platform Non-Functional"
- Complete inability to log in to the MsgCRM dashboard for 15+ consecutive days due to our server failure
- Core messaging features being completely broken for 15+ days with no workaround
- Complete data loss caused by our infrastructure failure
3.2 What Does NOT Qualify
- WhatsApp API outages caused by Meta/WhatsApp (outside our control)
- Degraded performance or slowness
- Individual features being temporarily unavailable (while other features work)
- Scheduled maintenance windows
- Third-party integration failures (OpenAI, Google Sheets, Shopify, etc.)
- Issues caused by your own misconfiguration
- Platform being restricted due to your violation of Terms of Service
- WhatsApp number banning or restrictions imposed by Meta
3.3 How to Claim an Exception Refund
To request a refund under the platform non-functionality exception:
- Email us at Connect@msgcrm.in with subject: "Refund Request — Platform Non-Functional"
- Include your registered email address and account details
- Describe the issue with dates and screenshots/evidence
- We will review your request within 7 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days
4. Annual Plan Cancellation
If you purchase an annual subscription and wish to cancel before it expires:
- You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the annual period.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining months of your annual subscription.
- You will not be charged for the next annual period after cancellation.
5. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error (e.g., double charge by Razorpay), please contact us immediately at Connect@msgcrm.in. Duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank for a valid subscription payment is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to resolve any payment disputes directly with us first.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be notified via email with 14 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
