We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of our 2-days free trial before making any payment. All subscription payments made to MsgCRM (operated by RadhaMadhav WebStore LLP) are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and your subscription is activated, we do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated refunds for:

3. Exception: Platform Non-Functionality

The only exception to our No Refund Policy is if the MsgCRM platform itself is completely non-functional due to issues on our end for a period of more than 15 consecutive days.

Refund Eligible Condition: If MsgCRM's core platform is inaccessible, broken, or non-functional due to our infrastructure failure for more than 15 consecutive days, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period.

Filing a chargeback with your bank for a valid subscription payment is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to resolve any payment disputes directly with us first.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be notified via email with 14 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
